I, Basiuk Svitlana Mykolaivna, born on November 30, 1989 in Kyiv city, Ukraine.
In 2018, I discovered “Saddharma Yoga” as the only way and the knowledge of harmony, as the discovery of vital energy in every day.
The meaning of the word “Saddharma” is the lotus sutra, and Yoga means stopping of thoughts, peace of mind. Saddharma Yoga is the contemplation of the lotus.
Saddharma Yoga is represented by a sixteen-step system of knowledge and the opening of the body at the level of consciousness.
It is an “order and development in the existing society, the morality of law of right and ethics” as the goal of the humanity path that leads to liberation, tranquillity and returns to the source of thought.
The thought in its original state is a grain of potential – a source of pristine force, revealing the inner pure light.
When “contemplating the light within oneself,” a transformation of thought takes place, and the source expands under the influence of the consciousness power and self-awareness as a particle of the atmic principle.
The “Lotus” is a conductor of cosmic energy and its evolution within us, as the primary source of spirituality, particularity of the Soul – the Supersoul.
“Purification” takes place in the course of conscious breath-synchronized movements. When the mind reaches liberation, the energy inside us opens up to the possibletransformation and, moving through the eyes, ears, nose, tongue and the whole body, it renovates completely. So,our total body senses its integrity and ability to fully regenerate and re-emerge with its every cell.

1. INTENTION AS A MOTIVATION and the true insight of our actions and behaviour motives. At this stage of yoga, it is necessary to understand four basic positions: the internal and external principles on the path to the cosmic and the original.

2. INTEGRITY is the proper language behaviour: avoiding lies and slander, as well as perjury, abuse, unnecessary talk and gossip that lead to enmity.
PROPER BEHAVIOR is the violence-free attitude towards all living beings, doing no harm. It is necessary to exclude bad speech, not to take what does not belong to you, give up thieving. It is harmonious and respectful attitude to your partner – that is, correct sexual relationship. It is renouncing alcohol, which causes disorganized thinking and makes our behaviour uncontrollable.
Its common definition is the APPROPRIATE LIFESTYLE. The term refers to such concepts as a ban on arms,animals trade and trafficking, the spread of alcoholic beverages, prostitution and the jobs related to divination and illusions, such as fortune telling and astrology (horoscopy).
3. CONCENTRATION and RIGHT ACHIEVEMENT. In this aspect Yoga involves a certain level of monasticism and regular yoga exercises for moves and breathing –Buddhist yoga. The Sanskrit word “yoga” means “to create something unified”, “to fill”. Consequently, the main in yoga is concentration – everything we focus on, for the realization of which we gather energies. It is a system of psychophysical elaboration of changes in the conscious state, transforming the mundane, externalunderstanding of the existential ordinance into a sacral, immortal and free state.
What is “proper intention”? This is the meaning of development, which is set at the deepest level of consciousness in the traditional and proper approach to yoga as a system for restoring integrity, contemplation and transition to a new unlimited level.
PROPER MEMORIZING. It’s the control over one’s integrity by seeing the multifaceted levels of mental and physical body — a process that takes place while uncontrolled awareness skill is being developed.
One of the important aspects: you need to calm down and become aware, to stop everything that bothers you inside, to get rid of the chaotic thoughts at the level of sane mind and mental health.
This stage also presupposes a concept of analytical mind and its observation, which involves the sainthoodexpansion and the spread of the good around you.
4. GOING INTO A TRANCE is achieving liberation, the complete form of observation (contemplation), which allows you to remove the boundaries of the subject, object and the very contemplation process. Proper observance of all the samadhi rules leads the monk to liberation. He becomes able to defeat all his enemies, worthy of rising above himself: he becomes right, complete, holistic, multifaceted, all-embracing.
This indicates performing the proper traditional practise as the primary source of knowledge, the integrity and wholeness of the entire path travelled to reveal all the complexity at each stage and the meaning at every level of consciousness of human existence.
